Our passion for coffee takes us beyond our regular business. We aim to educate and enrich our partner’s knowledge and experience. We have been giving complimentary in depth coffee lectures at UBC (Food Science Department), Vancouver Community College (Culinary, Baking & Pastry and Hospitality Departments), Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (Culinary and Baking & Pastry Departments), Whole Foods, The Gourmet Warehouse and Espressotec.

We learn from each other. We exchange knowledge. We prepare coffee roasters, baristas and chefs of tomorrow through our coffee lectures, training programs and cupping sessions.

Your team and customers will benefit tremendously from our education program. We love teaching and talking about coffee. It is our passion! We provide our lectures and training sessions free of charge for education institutions, hotels, restaurants and coffee shops in the lower mainland.
